Saturday Mornings in Encinitas
Hi, Christiaan here...
I am passionate about sharing the benefits of Universal Chi Gong™
with you. For the past 20 years, I have witnessed both in myself
and in others, benefits ranging from increased vitality to overall
health and well being. To the best of my understanding, healing
happens within the synergistic combination of the teachings being
offered, the collective group field created by the practicing
members, and the space we practice in. I call this a potentized
field that allows for the Universal Chi Gong™ to unfold
within you. Currently our practice takes place outside in a park,
with a great view of the ocean. Some members call this experience
magical. We also gather for breakfast afterwards to share and
connect.
Everyone is welcomed to participate in our class, no experienced
required.
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes
(the ocean air can sometimes be a bit cool) your friends and family.
Day: Saturdays
Time: 10 – 11:00 am
Where: Encinitas Viewpoint Park on D St (Upper Level Across from
Library)
Cost: $10.00
