We will be down at Balboa Park celebrating World Laughter Day.
"World Peace Through Laughter".

If you can't make it there, just laugh wherever you are. Please take a few minutes on Sunday, May 4, to laugh for world peace, health, and friendship. You will be joining in with a huge wave of laughter sweeping the planet that day. Tell your friends around the world to check out events in their area. There will be millions of people participating worldwide.

San Diego's festivities are planned to include an informal parade that will stop briefly at each of the cottages to spread laughter and good wishes for friendship and world peace between all countries.

Many laughter leaders will lead many laughter exercises.
Everyone is invited to come and enjoy!

At around 11:45 a.m. we will give away free gifts including 2 roundtrip tickets on Southwest Airlines, gift certificates from Jamba Juice, and other gifts. Everyone who is in attendance by 11 a.m. and present at the time of the raffle will have a chance to receive one of the free gifts.

Finally, to cap off the celebration, we will head over to the Healing Arts Festival (HAF) (http://althealnet.org/) which is taking place the same day on the corner of Park Blvd. and President's Way and participate in the World Laugher Day Celebration they are hosting from 12:00 to 12:15 p.m.. In 2007, the HAF had over 12,000 people in attendance!
