we come together and Kirtan, Guided Meditation PRIVATE SESSIONS INTUITIVE TOUCH: A 1 to 1 1/2 hour session on a massage table is spontaneously and intuitively guided by Gurudeva. The divine wisdom only KNOWS. We are instruments in Spirit's heart, moving us. In this session, people have experienced through gentle touch, massage and energy healing, deep relaxation, peace and joy........... LIFE/SPIRITUAL - COACHING: A 11/2 hour session with guided meditation, body orientated counseling, sharing, breath release,........... Consciousness is the healer !!! When we tap into our true nature, contractions are released, depending upon the strength of the karmic imprint / conditioning. Nobody knows when that will happen. Allowing yourself in this session to BE AS YOU ARE, without judgment or control; movement into still Presence happens by itself. Chitarta's supportive energy and Presence helps open the door to lasting peace; our true nature! RIBHU GITA study and meditation group will be formed. RIBHU GITA is the oldest Advaita text which was given by SHIVA to the Saint RIBHU. We will use selected verses by my Guru from the original Tamil text. The original was written down in Sanskrit and are both available today in English. This study group is an invitation to share YOUR Wisdom, Insights, experiences on the verses presented. It is an interactive, meditative, contemplative approach, rather then an intellectual one. I envision a series of 10 classes to start with.In addition to the RIBHU GITA also parts of ADYASHANTI'S book "The end of YOUR world" will be contemplated.
