Barbara Seymour, L.A I will be resuming my regular office hours
and taking appointments again as of Saturday, June 5th. One thing has become very clear to me through my experience this month, and this is my only health tip for June. My word of advice is to ask for help. We all need to both give and receive help. There is a great focus in our society that we must be independent and do it all ourselves. My belief is that we were put on this planet to be in communities and families; to be inter-dependent with others. So those of you who love to help others, and this means just about all of you on this list, give the people in your life a wonderful gift and ask them for help next time you're in emotional or material need.
