It has been a long wait, yet the TIME HAS ARRIVED! JAYA!’s CD is ready for release! And it’s definitely been worth the wait! Since we have been hosting JAYA! since they first formed their Kirtan band, we are delighted that they have chosen Jyoti Mandir for their CD release Kirtan – this Saturday. JAYA! is a unique, eclectic Kirtan band that is a blend of folk, funk, great musicianship, vocal harmonies… & lots of fun! We love their sincerity, & the depth of their devotional expression, while at the same time bringing so much fun & joy into their concerts. We know you will enjoy this special event. The new CD, by the way, which is simply titled “JAYA!” is well-done & very beautiful. Donations are anonymous. We sincerely appreciate your support of our artists thru your kind donations. PLEASE READ: We face a unique situation here at Jyoti Mandir, since this is a residential area. A few of our neighbors have expressed concerns regarding parking & noise. We would like to ask your kind consideration in the following areas: (1) Please park a ways away from our house -- even on Delphinium, if you can -- & walk the 1 block to the house to avoid too much parking congestion. (2) Do not block any driveways or park close to the fire hydrant across the corner from our house. (3) When you leave, please do so quietly. Refrain from loud talking as you leave, & please do not congregate in front of the house or by your cars after our events. Some of our neighbors have small children, & get up early in the morning for work. Thank You!
