The darkest day of the year creates a great opportunity to connect to the light within. By aligning ourselves with the earth's seasons we are able to take advantage of its pervasive energy and direct it toward our own evolution.

Join us on the winter solstice for a sound healing concert with planetary gongs. The sound vibrations of the gongs permeate space causing us to hear with our whole bodies and absorb the natural truth and alignment that they offer.

I will be joined by Haaq Hawk Mark Sanders for this gathering who will be energetically assisting all of us to connect with the heart and mind.

Please bring your own seating: blankets, pillows and yoga mat suggested for deep listening.
